Translational Medicine Thinking in Teaching of Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

摘要: 转化医学作为基础医学研究与临床医学相互转化的桥梁,是近年来新提出的一种医学思维,其在医学高等教育中的重要意义已逐渐被教师所熟知。医学生物化学与分子生物学课程是生命科学的前沿学科,属于医学类本科生的重要基础课。为此,针对该课程的教学困境,以转化医学思维为指导,提出了相应的建议,以期调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,从而提高生物化学与分子生物学的教学质量。

Abstract: Translational medicine is a newly proposed medical thought which serves as a bridge between basic medical research and clinical medicine.The significant roles of translational medicine in higher medical education have been gradually known by teachers.Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is one of the frontier disciplines in life science and is an important elementary course for medical undergraduates.To solve the existing problems in teaching of this course,some proposals are put forward based on the translational medicine thinking,so as to simulate the study enthusiasm and initiative of the undergraduates and to improve the teaching quality of Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
