Abstract: [Objective ] The research aimed to set up a method of LC-MS/MS for detecting the residues of dielazuril in rabbit tissues and investigate the residue and elimination laws of diclazuril in rabbit tissues. [ Method ] Forty-eight rabbits (24 male and 24 female)were fed with the diet that contained 10 g diclazuril per 1 000 kg diet for 30 days. Six rabbits (3 male and 3 female)were killed at eacil time point ( 0, 1,2,3,4,5, 6 days after the last drug administration). The muscle, liver and kidney tissues of rabbits were picked to extract by DMF/acetonitrile precipitation method. The residual amount of diclazuril in these tissues was determined by LC-MS/MS. [ Result ] The residual amount of diclazuril in kidney of rabbits was the highest and that on the day of the last drug administration was 912.6 μg/kg. The residual amount of diclazuril in liver of rabbits was the second and that on the day of the last drug administration was 156.1 μg/kg. And the residual amount of diclazuril in the muscle of rabbits was the lowest and that on the day of the last drug administration was 43.1 μg/kg. The elimination rate of diclazuril in the kidney was the fastest. [Conclusion] The method was suitable for the determination of diclazuril residues in rabbit tissues. The residual amount of diclazuril on the day of the last drug administration could meet the standards of European Union.
