Comparison on Serology Diagnostic Tests for Brucellosis

Abstract: [Objective] The aim was to compare 4 serology diagnostic tests for brucellosis. [Method] 876 serological samples were detected by rose bengal plane test (RBT), indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (i-ELISA), competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (c-ELISA) and standard agglutination test (SAT). [Result] The number of positive samples detected by RBT, i-ELISA, SAT and c-ELISA were 543, 501, 460 and 500, and the positive rates were 61.99%, 57.19%, 52.51% and 57.08%, respectively.
