Abstract: Haibei is a region with resourceful grass, animal husbandry economy as the leading sector of the national economy. Through the investigation, application and problems of grass resources were find out, corresponding opinions and suggestions were put forward, which to lay a foundation and to reach a higher level of grassland livestock industry of Haibei State.
