Abstract: Cattle Production was one of main vocational and technical courses in animal husbandry and veterinary speciality of higher vocational college. Cattle Production was a course with stronger practicability according to the knowledge, capability, quality demands in the actual work tasks of cattle production enterprises and station, which played an important role in the whole professional teaching project and course system. Starting from the demands of work stations, the course content, teaching condition, teaching method and means, achievement evaluation of Cattle Production were reformed and better teaching effects were obtained.
