Abstract: Based on the summary of the practical teaching mode and the accumulation of teaching experience in the specialty of sports horse domestication and management for six years in Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, the equestrian industry development mode in our country at present stage and the existing problems in domestic equestrianism talents training mode were objectively analyzed. A practical teaching mode of ＂whole-process post delimitation and two-round training＂ which was suitable for the equestrianism skilled talents training in vocational colleges was summarized from the teaching work, in hoping to provide references for establishing the perfect personnel training system for equestrianism talents.
