Abstract: In order to understand the students＇ mastery of the experimental knowledge and the existing problems in teaching of Animal Anatomy and Physiology, a questionnaire about the undergraduates＇ understand and mastery of the curriculum content, existing problems and corresponding solutions in teaching of Animal Anatomy and Physiology was designed among students of grade 2016 in Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry. The survey results showed that students in higher vocational colleges preferred experimental courses and realized the guiding role of knowledge in experiments; the lack of experimental conditions affected students＇ enthusiasm for learning, and students expected virtual laboratory teaching.
