Abstract: [Objective] To deeply study extraction process of the general flavone which is active antibiosis ingredient from Chrysanthemum indicum L. [Method] Orthogonal method was used to design extraction experiment. Ethanol concentration, extraction time and temperature were set as influential factors. The general flavone content was measured by absorbance method. Influence degrees of these influential factors on general flavone content in extraction liquid were discussed. [ Result ] According to orthogonal experiment results, it was thought that extracting time and temperature were major influential factors, and ethanol concentration was minor influential factor. [Conclusion] It was determined that the best ethanol concentration was 30%, extraction time was 45 min, and extraction temperature was 70 *C.
