Abstract: Sixty Holstein hulls of about 450 kg were divided into three groups according to weight and types, among them group one and two were fed with different nutritive regulating agents and uniform basal diet, and group three (control group) were only fed with basal diet. Group one was fed with nutritive regulating agent A at dosage of 100 g/d, and group two was fed with nutritive regulating agent B at dosage of 100 g/d. Results showed that after the group one and two were fed with different nutritive regulating agents and uniform basal diet, their average daily gains were 2.10 and 2.28 kg, respectively, among them the average daily gain of group two was significantly higher than that of control group; the value of weight gain, fattening income and daily average income of group one and two were all obviously higher than that of control group, and group two had the highest economic benefit.
