Abstract: Pure yellow dwarf chicken K-line cock which took with dw gene and was bred by breeding center of Ningbo Zhenning Husbandry Limited Company was taken as male parent, and D-line yellow-feather normal-foot hen bred from local chick in Meilin Town of Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province was taken as female parent, and two-line hybrid was carried out firstly. Then, different varieties like L-line, G-line, H-line and X-line from four regions in China were taken as the second male parent, and three-line-crossed matched hybrid was carried out with KD hen. Matching mode for local areas was screened out through observing and determining qualitative characters and quantitative characters of commercial stock.
