Abstract: Th17 cells(T helper 17 cells), one of cell subsets which differentiate from CD4~+T cells, can specifically secrete the cytokine IL-17A(IL-17), mediate an inflammatory response and anti-infection immunity against bacteria by IL-17, IL-21 and IL-23, and play a significant role in the immunity to parasite.
