Abstract: In this paper, the commonly used detection methods of protein in feed, including Kjeldahl method, Dumas combustion method, Na＇s colorimetry method, biuret method, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer method, are reviewed on the aspect of principle, characteristics and application, so as to provide references for the scientific selection of protein detection methods in feed quality evaluation work.
