Abstract: Higher vocational colleges undertake the function of servicing the local economic development. However, due to the lower-level of scientific research and the scarcity of scientific research projects, it is hard for higher vocational colleges to provide talents and technological supports for the development of enterprises. The ＂business order-based and technical service typed scientific research mode＂ is explored, the access point for cooperation between colleges and enterprises is discussed, and the ways to effectively combine the scientific research and education in higher vocational colleges with enterprises′ demands for technology and talents are sought, in hoping to promote the local economic development and to realize the mutual benefit between colleges and enterprises.
