Test on Oxytropis glabra Antidote against The Acute Toxicity in Mice

Abstract: in this study, based on animal acute toxicity test, safe dosages of two kinds of drugs were predicted in order to provide reference for clinic. Antidote security was initially ensured with the dosage of 3 000 mg/(kg·bw) in the 1st antidote and 200 mg/(kg. bw)in the 2nd antidote by pre-test, then mice respectively was injected with the above dosage, there were no clinical symptoms and death among them. It showed that the two kinds of dosage both were safe.
