Abstract: Six pigs with the average body weight of （18.02±1.34） kg including two Landrace and four Large White pigs were used in the trial. The total protein,albumin and globulin from the six serums were determinated by fully automated bio-analyzer,and the change regularities also were anaylsed. The results of statistical anaylzation showed that the content of total protein,albumin and globulin among the six serum wasn′ t different （P 〉0.05）,and there also was no marked difference in total protein,albumin and globulin between Landrace and Large White pigs.
