Abstract: The content of crude protein in the feed was determined by using KDN-2C semiautomatic azotometer and traditional distillation unit (arbitration method)and compared. The results showed that the content of crude protein determined by two kinds of instruments had no significant difference (P 0.05), but the determined value by arbitration method was slightly higher than that by automatic azotometer.
