Abstract: At present, the dairy industry development in Hebei Province is facing an industry crisis and undergoes a period of universal losses. Based on the ＂pull＂ theory of production mode, stimulating the dairy products consumption market has become the most important driving factor that is able to promote the healthy development of the industry, expand and improve the competitiveness of dairy industry market of Hebei Province. Based on the investigation and questionnaire conducted in Baoding, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Zhangjiakou and other cities in Heibei Province, we deeply analyzed the current situation of pasteurized milk consumption and the restricting factors of development process, and we also proposed reasonable countermeasures.
