Abstract: The quality and safety of animal products threat heath and life of consumers.As a result,how to retrospect quality of animal products during the whole process from breeding to dining table has become a major issue which is faced by current animal husbandry and veterinary workers.This paper proposes some countermeasures aiming at livestock breeding,quality control in production process and construction of retrospecting system.
