Abstract: Crisis in the United States caused by substandard financial crisis on the global real economy have had a tremendous impact on the speed of China＇s economic growth is slowing down,the agricultural impact the rural economy also continues to deepen. As a major agricultural province in China,an important commodity grain base and center of the northeast Asian region, Heilongjiang Province,the analysis of the financial crisis in its agricultural and rural economy,the adverse effects of the favorable factors and opportunities,and on this basis in Heilongjiang Province to address the financial crisis suggested that the stability of agricultural development,increase the income of peasants has important practical significance.
