摘要: 为探究外源水杨酸对盐碱胁迫下燕麦抗氧化酶活性的影响,施加中性盐溶液和碱性盐溶液产生胁迫,并施加2种浓度外源水杨酸。结果表明:碱胁迫较盐胁迫显著抑制抗氧化酶活性;盐碱胁迫下抗性品种蒙燕一号抗氧化酶活性显著提高,丙二醛含量较品种太阳神少;施加外源水杨酸能显著提高抗氧化酶活性,对碱胁迫改善效果较好,0.05mmol/L浓度较0.10mmol/L浓度效果良好。
