Abstract: the average temperature of January and February was low,the temperature of the last ten-day of January ,the first ten- day of February were lowest （except Tuo Xian）; the temperature of Spring was topmost in Tu Zuoqi; the precipitation of the middle ten days of June was thrice to fifth to past year.
