小花棘豆解毒剂对小白鼠的急性毒性试验

Test on Oxytropis glabra Antidote against The Acute Toxicity in Mice

摘要: 试验通过动物急性毒性试验观察解毒剂1号和解毒剂2号的毒性反应,预测2种药品的安全剂量范围,为临床研究提供参考信息。该试验主要分为预试验和正式试验两部分。通过预试验得出解毒剂1号的安全剂量为3000mg/(kg·bw),解毒剂2号的安全剂量为200mg/(kg·bw)。经正式试验,在以上2种剂量下解毒剂1号组和解毒剂2号组的小鼠均未出现临床症状和死亡,证明以上2种剂量为安全剂量。

Abstract: in this study, based on animal acute toxicity test, safe dosages of two kinds of drugs were predicted in order to provide reference for clinic. Antidote security was initially ensured with the dosage of 3 000 mg/(kg·bw) in the 1st antidote and 200 mg/(kg. bw)in the 2nd antidote by pre-test, then mice respectively was injected with the above dosage, there were no clinical symptoms and death among them. It showed that the two kinds of dosage both were safe.
