霉菌毒素脱毒剂的研究进展

摘要: 由于我国配合饲料中霉菌毒素污染现象较为严重,因此向饲料中添加霉菌毒素脱毒剂就成为目前畜禽生产中应用最为广泛的霉菌毒素脱毒方法之一。常用的霉菌毒素脱毒剂主要包括霉菌毒素吸附剂和生物酶解毒剂。对饲料霉菌毒素脱毒剂的研究进展进行了综述,以期为开发高效、广谱、保营养的霉菌毒素脱毒剂提供理论依据。

Abstract: Due to the compound feed contamination by mycotoxin is always occurred and serious in China, so adding mycotoxin detoxification agent, mainly including mycotoxin absorbent and biological enzyme toxincide, is one of the most wildly used methods for the detoxifieation of mycotoxin contaminated domestic animal feed. The research progress of mycotoxin detoxification agent is reviewed inthis study, so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of high efficient and nutrition conservative mycotoxin detoxification agent with broad-spectrum.
