摘要: 青绿饲料生物产量高、营养丰富、适口性好,是草食家畜的良好饲料。随着草食家畜养殖业的规模化发展,对青绿饲料的需求量越来越大。青贮是一种能长期保存青绿饲料的简单易行、经济、营养损失少的加工调制方法。通过青贮能调节青绿饲料丰歉,以旺养淡,以余补缺。介绍了青贮饲料的加工制作技术,以及青贮设施的建设,并对青贮饲料的品质判断和利用方法进行了介绍,以期为科学制作和利用青贮饲料提供参考。

Abstract: Green forage has high biomass, rich nutrition and good palatability which is considered as a good feed resource for herbivores. With the development of large-scale herbivores breeding industry, the green forage is increasingly demanded. Ensiling is a processing and modulation method for the long-term storage of green forage. This cost saving method is easy to operate and is able to control the nutrient losses of green forage at the greatest extent. The production of silage can be served as an effectively complementary approach to the meet demand of green forage for herbivores. The processing and preparation technique of silage as well as the facility establishment for silage production are introduced, and the silage quality evaluation and application methods are expounded, in hoping to provide references for the scientific preparation and application of silage.
