葵花盘不同晾晒时间对其与籽用南瓜壳混合青贮发酵饲料品质的影响

Impact of Sunflower Disks Drying Time on Fermentation Quality of Mixed Silage Prepared with Seed Pumpkin Shell

摘要: 对内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区葵花盘利用现状进行了调查,将不同晾晒时间的葵花盘与新鲜籽用南瓜壳进行混合青贮发酵,并对其发酵品质进行了研究,以期为科学指导当地的饲料生产,合理利用当地葵花盘制作青贮饲料提供理论依据。将葵花盘晾晒时间设为0 d和4 d 2个处理,葵花盘与籽用南瓜壳按1∶1比例混合,在试验结束后进行感官评定,测定其发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明:葵花盘不同的晾晒时间对葵花盘与籽用南瓜壳混合发酵饲料的感官评定影响显著,对营养价值影响不显著,而对发酵品质的影响极显著;与晾晒0 d相比,晾晒4 d的葵花盘与籽用南瓜壳混合发酵饲料感官评定与发酵品质均较差。

Abstract: In order to provide scientific basis for the utilization of sunflower disks as a new feed resource in Bayannaoer region of Inner Mongolia, the fermentation quality of the mixed silage prepared with dried sunflower disks and fresh seed pumpkin shell was evaluated. The sunflower disks dried for 0 day and 4 days were mixed with seed pumpkin shell in the ratio of 1 ∶1 to prepare the fermented silage, respectively. The sensory evaluation and nutritional components determination were carried out to assess the quality of the mixed fermented silage. The results showed that drying time of sunflower disks had significant and very significant influence on sensory evaluation and fermentation quality of the mixed fermented silage, respectively, while had no significant influence on nutritional value; the mixed fermented silage prepared with sunflower disks dried for 4 days had poor sensory evaluation and fermentation quality compare to that prepared with sunflower disks dried for 0 day.
