问题导向学习方法在药物化学教学中的探索

Exploration on Application of Problem-based Learning Method in Teaching of Medicinal Chemistry

摘要: 药物化学课程知识点多、涉及内容广泛,学习难度大,传统的教学模式限制了学生的思维,不利于学习兴趣的培养。而问题导向式教学法,作为传统教学模式的改进,强调学生参与课程、讨论问题、积极思考,通过引导达到培养学生自我学习的目的。以问题导向形式开展药物化学教学,能够帮助学生养成自主学习及终身学习的习惯,是培养创新型药学人才的有益探索。

Abstract: Medicinal Chemistry contains numerous knowledge points and involves a wide range of contents,resulting in the learning difficulty for students.Traditional teaching methods restrict students′thinking and are not favorable to cultivate their interests in learning.The problem-based teaching method is an improvement over the traditional methods of teaching.It emphasizes students′participation in class,problem discussion and positive thinking,and guides to cultivate the self-study abilities of students.The application of the problem-based method in teaching of Medicinal Chemistry can help students establish their self-study and lifelong learning abilities,which is a beneficial exploration on cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talent.
