饲料中色氨酸测定方法研究进展

摘要: 色氨酸属于芳香族氨基酸,对于动物维持采食、生长、免疫等生理功能及机体蛋白质合成必不可少。由于在配合饲料中大量使用合成的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸, 色氨酸成为饲料中主要的限制性氨基酸。色氨酸的准确测定对饲料蛋白质营养平衡至关重要。评述了近年来饲料中色氨酸的分析检测方法,主要包括紫外或荧光分光光度计法、近红外法、氨基酸分析仪法、高效液相色谱法、气质联用、毛细管电泳等方法,以期为饲料营养价值评定和质量控制提供参考。

Abstract: Tryptophan is an aromatic amino acid which is essential for the maintenance of physiological functions such as feed intake, growth and immunity as well as for protein synthesis. Tryptophan has become the main limiting amino acid in feed due to the large use of synthetic methionine and lysine in formulated feed. Accurate determination of tryptophan is very important for dietary protein balance. This paper reviews the analytical methods of tryptophan in recent years, including ultraviolet or fluorescence spectrophotometer, near infrared spectroscopy, amino acid analyzer, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis and other methods, in hoping to provide reference for nutritional value evaluation and quality control of feed.
