摘要: 饲料酸化剂是一种无残留、无抗药性,并能参与动物机体内糖、蛋白质、脂肪代谢的环保类添加剂,在替代抗生素的应用方面有较大优势。综述了饲料酸化剂的种类、作用机理以及作用优势,以期为丰富饲料替抗方案提供理论参考。

关键词: 饲料, 酸化剂, 作用机理, 抑菌效果

Abstract: Feed acidifier is a kind of environment-friendly additive which has no residue and no drug resistance. It participates in metabolism of sugar, protein and fat in animal body, and has some advantages in replacing antibiotics. This paper summarized the types, action mechanisms and application advantages of feed acidifiers, in hoping to provide theoretical reference for enriching the antibiotic replacing schemes in feed.
