摘要: 原料乳中三聚氰胺经乙腈萃取后,采用Biobasic SCX色谱柱(250mm×150mm,5μm)分离,二极管阵列紫外检测器检测。流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(体积比=30:70),检测波长240nm。在添加浓度为5-20mg/kg范围内,回收率为92%~96%,相对标准偏差小于10%,方法检测限为0.25mg/kg。

Abstract: The melamine in raw milk was extracted with acetonitrile, isolated by Biobasic SCX chromatographic column (250 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm) and detected by diode array UV-detector. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (with volume ratio of 30:70) and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. In the addition concn, range of 5-20 mg/kg, the recovery of this method was 92 %-96 %, its RSD was smaller than 10 % and its detection limit was 0.25 mg/kg.
