中华鳖抗嗜水气单胞菌SRAP分子标记的筛选

Screening of SRAP Markers for Aeromonas hydrophllao Resistance in Pelodiscus sinensis

摘要: 通过注射嗜水气单胞菌获得中华鳖的感病群体和抗病群体。利用64对SRAP引物组合扩增了中华鳖的感病群体和抗病群体,结果共扩增出1200条带,6条SRAP带在2个群体中显示了极大的差异,其中有2条带是在抗病群体中出现的高显性基因频率的标记,这些标记很可能是与抗病性相关的候选标记。这些抗病性候选标记的获得为实现中华鳖分子标记辅助育种和抗病基因克隆奠定了基础。

Abstract: Susceptible and resistant populations of Pelodiscus sinensis were obtained by artificially challenge with Aeromonas hydrophllao.They were screened by SRAP with 64 pairs of primers.A total of 1 200 fragments were obtained,six of which were greatly different between the susceptible and resistant populations.Among these six SRAP fragments,two had dominant gene frequency in the resistant population.These markers may be candidates for selection of Aeromonas hydrophllao resistant Pelodiscus sinensis.Therefore,a basis was provided for molecular marker-assisted selection and cloning of anti-disease genes of Pelodiscus sinensis.
