摘要: 肠道细菌基因间重复序列(enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus,ERIC)是主要存在于肠道细菌的一类基因间重复序列。ERIC-PCR技术是利用ERIC核心的高度保守序列设计引物进行PCR,因此,通过这一技术扩增基因组DNA,构建DNA指纹图谱,能广泛用于肠道微生物动态分析、微生物分类鉴定等方面的研究。

Abstract: Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC) is a kind of intergenic repetitive sequences that exists predominantly in enterobacteria. ERIC-PCR is a technique with primers designed according to the highly conservative core sequence of ERIC. This method is used to amplify genomic DNA and construct DNA profile, and it can be applied in dynamic analysis of enteric microorganisms as well as classification and identification of microorganisms.
