Abstract: High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） had characteristics of wide determination scope, high separation efficiency, quick analysis speed and high level of automation. It was extensively used in the nutrient of amino acid, vitamins etc. in feed and in analysis and detection on non-nutritional additives of multi-trace. The method provided powerful guarantee for feed safety production.
