Abstract: Sixty 14 days old healthy green foot broilers were chosen and distributed into garlicin group, monensin group and control group, 20 broilers for each group. The feasibility of replacing antibiotics with garlicin in broiler breeding was analyzed and discussed through feeding experiment. The results indicated that the average daily weight increments of garliein and monensin groups were significantly higher than that of control group and their feed-weight ratios were lower than that of control group. The production performances of garlicin and monensin groups were basically same. So, replacing antibiotics with garlicin in broiler breeding was feasible.
