Abstract: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is used to detect molybdenum in poultry forage with pre-drying and wet- acidolysis method, and aseorbic acid was usecl as matrix modifier. Molybdenum detecting in poultry forage is done based on studying the priory experimental conditions by comparing many kinds of different atomization temperature and ashing temperature. The recovery of detected elements from samples varied from 92.0% to 106.0% and RSD was 1.78%. The method was rapid, accurate, sensitive and simple. The obtained results agreed well.
