Reform and Practice of "123" Practice Teaching System in Veterinary Medicine Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: In order to meet the development demands of "job-study-research integration" personnel training mode, "'123" successive practice teaching model was proposed according to the personnel training target orientation of veterinary medicine specialty. The practice teaching system of veterinary medicine specialty was reformed and practiced from the aspects of optimizing the content of practice teaching, constructing multi-layer practice teaching platform, reforming the practice teaching model, forming "three skills" teaching staff, reforming the assessment and evaluation system, building up the supervision and guarantee system of "three-level supervision", etc., which obviously enhanced the personnel training quality of veterinary medicine specialty.
