Abstract: With the increase in the number of young teachers in the higher education institutions, the personal quality of teachers are showed uneven.Due to the lack of professional quality, the professional spirit in education, professional skills and subject knowledge of some young teachers are deficient. Therefore, a multiple range of young teachers＇ professional ethics cultivating mode are established in Xinyang College of Agriculture and Forestry which is based on the peer observation, tutorial system, resource of excellent courses sharing and discipline construction. Practice has proved that the professional quality cultivation of young teachers is the guarantee of the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural and forestry in higher education.
