Abstract: The Germany ＂dual system＂ education mode focus on the culture of students＇ vocational skills, and the teaching and studying form are flexible and various. Furthermore, the curriculum emphasizes on the production requirements of the market, and the graduation and employment are seamless docking. Lots of researches and practices on Germany ＂dual system＂ education mode has been conducted since it was introduced to China and certain achievements have been obtained. However, duo to the particularity of national conditions, there are few successful application eases of ＂dual system＂ education mode in Chinese secondary professional school. In order to provide references for the flexible promotion of ＂dual system＂ education mode in China, the regional differences, resource differences and economic differences were analyzed and discussed in this paper.
