Abstract: bstract：The cultivation of agricultural talents in higher vocational education is the source of power to promot the construction of modern agriculture. In this paper, taking Wuhu Institute of Technology as an example, the cultivation mode of excellent talents with agricultural and forestry skills were explored by setting talent training goal, performing teaching and education reform and taking cooperation with enterprise （combining learning with working） . Moreover, the problems occurred in practice and exploration were summarized and analyzed, and the achievements and effects of the practice were elucidated, so as to provide reference for the specialty construction of agricultural higher vocational colleges.
