Abstract: Effects of different feed intake on Huangyu broilers were tested under low temperature in the trial. 432 broilers with similar body weigh at 20 week-old were randomly divided into 4 groups, and respectively fed with different diet level, namely basal diet group (C), basal diet with 2 g feed addition (C+2), basal diet with 4 g feed addition (C+4) and basal diet with 6 g feed addition (C+6). Statistics in egg production rate and egg weight indicated that, in the experimental period, there was no difference between experimental group and basal diet group in egg production rat (P〉0.05), but C+6 in egg weight was higher than that of C (P〈0.05). However, there was no marked difference between C and the other groups in body weight again (P〉0.05). in conclusion, application of addition into feed intake wouht improve the productivity of Huangyu broilers under low temperature to a degree.
