Abstract: Electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosensor（EEIS） is a mark type of immune sensor. Possessing these characterizations of enzyme amplification and the sensitivity and specificity of the immunesensors,it is widest used and fastest growing and paid most attention to in the recent years. Its characteristics and application progress in the field of agricultural and livestock product security such as drug residues were reviewed,and the prospect also was predicted in the article.
