Abstract: The core thinking to the reform of employment guiding course lies in reconstruction of course culture.New course culture can improve student＇s mental health,society communication and ability in employment,hence employment guiding should be penetrated into the whole process of learning.We practice the model of employment guiding course：vocational career should be schemed in the first term,education of mental health should be made in the second term,the education of society intercourse in the third term,employment education in the fourth term,and vocational field and guiding of vocational individuation should be educated in the fifth and sixth term respectively.If they can be fused into the integration organically,and form the model of employment guiding course,it will make students employed.
