Thermopsis lanceolate contains many kinds of alkaloids, which are not only the toxic components of poisoned animal, but also have expectorant and antitussive effect. The alkaloids of T. lanceolate have been reported widely, but little is known about the extraction and separation of alkaloids from the plant. Two crystallizations were purified from T. lanceolate by column chromatography and were ultimately identified as thermopsine and tetrahydrodeoxoargentamin by using TLC, GC-MS and IR spectrometry. The results showed that the method was a simple and reliable method for separation and purification of alkaloid from T. lanceolate, thus provide the safeguard for the follow-up study of their biological activities.

In order to explore the structure and biological iunction of SCD in pig, bioiniormatics software like Expasy and 3opma were used to analyze the amino acid sequence of SCD. The results showed that SCD protein of pig was composed by 359 amino acids, and had a predicted molecular weight of 41.38 ku. SCD had four transmembrane domains, respectively containing one potential O-glycosylation sites, three N-glycosylation sites and 16 phosphorylation sites. Alpha helix, beta turn, extended strand and random curl were the main components of secondary structure. The low complexity and transmembrance region were two functional structures of SCD.

A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-photodiode array detector (DAD) method was established for determination of paracetamol, dipyrone, phenazone, naproxen, aminopyrine illegally added into veterinary antibiotics injection and soluble powder. Samples were extracted under uhrasonication with methanol. A CAPCELL PAK MG Cis analytical column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used for the column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 229 nm. Acetonitrile-phosphate buffer was used as the mobile phase under the program of gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curves of paracetamol, dipyrone, phenazone, naproxen and aminopyrine showed good linearity in the ranges of 5.04-100.88, 12.04-240.72, 5.04-100.72, 2.02-40.40 and 5.02-100.32 μg/mL. The average recoveries (n=5) were 97.9%- 102.8%, 91.9%-98.8%, 96.2%-101.1%, 94.1%-102.3% and 96.0%-102.8%, and RSDs were 1.0%-3.l%, 0.9%-6.4%, 1.7%-4.2%, 1.4%-3.9% and 0.9%-4.8%, respectively. The methodology validation showed that this method was simple, accurate and reliable, so it was appropriate for the determination of the antipyretic analgesic drugs in many kinds of veterinary antibiotics.

In order to alleviate the effects of heat stress on the production performance of dairy cows and reduce the economic loss, the functional nutrition package against heat stress in dairy cows was prepared. One hundred and twenty healthy Holstein lactating cows were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the principles of similar parity, milk yield, lactating days and body condition. Under the conditions of moderate heat stress, the dairy cows in control group were fed with the basal diet, and the dairy cows in experiment group were fed with the basal diet with adding 300 g/(d· head)composite functional nutrition package. The anti-heat stress effects of composite functional nutrition package were observed. The results showed that the unit yield of dairy cows in test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05) at the end of the test. Compared with pre-trail period, the average unit yield of dairy cows in control group reduced 2.96 kg/(d, head)and that in test group reduced 1.16 kg/(d· head). The reduction of unit yield in test group was 1.80 kg/(d· head)lower than that in control group. The increasing amplitude of milk protein in test group was 0.13 percentage points higher than that in control group. The milk fat percentage and dry matter content in test group at the end of the test and on the 10-th day after the test were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). The reduction of the feed conversion rate of dairy cows in test group was 0.02 lower than that in control group. The results suggested that functional nutrition package against heat stress could not only alleviate the reduction of milk yield caused by heat stress, but it could also enhance the milk protein content, milk fat percentage, dry matter content and feed conversion rate.

In order to optimize the culture method in vitro of granule cells in Tibet yak, granule cells separated from follicular fluid and mature oocytes of Tibet yak were collected to make the culture test in vitro. The results showed that the formation of mono- layers of granule cells collected from follicular fluid and mature oocytes needed 6-7 d and 5-6 d respectively during the primary culture. During the subculture, two sources of granule cells started the adherence on the second day after the inoculation, dominant growth appeared from the third day to the fifth day, and granule cells paved on the dish bottom. The results showed that the culture in vitro with the granule cells separated from mature oocytes were simple and convenient, compared with granule cells separated from follicular fluid.

The single factor Randomization design was used, and four levels of VE were set, with three replicates each level. Total 96 1-day old AA broilers were selected, and maize-soybean meal basal diet was adopted. The levels of VE were 5, 15, 150 and 1 500 IU/kg. The nutrient levels of all diets were the same except VE. The period of test was four weeks. After the test finished, daily feed intake, daily gain, feed conversion ratio, phagocytic index, immune organ index and the antibody to Newcastle disease virus of AA broilers of each group were calculated. The results showed that adding 150-1 500 IU/kg VE could increase HI titers, spleen index and bursal index, but decreased the production performance. It indicated that VE requirement of 1-28 days old AA broiler chickens was 5 IU/kg.

[Result] The cortisol concentration in the serum of the parturition day was significantly higher than that of the 14-th day before parturition and the 14-th day after parturition (P〈0.01). The concentration of haptoglobin in the serum of the parturition day increased by 25.81% than that of the 14-th day before parturition (P〈0.05). The level of NEFA in the serum of the parturition day was 3.54 times of that of the 14-th day before parturition(P〈0.01 )and 3.63 times of that of the 14-th day after parturition (P〈0.01).The insulin level in the serum of the parturition day was significantly lower than that of the 14-th day before parturition and 14-thh day after parturition (P〈0.01). The urea level of the parturition day was 1.46 times of that of the 14-th day before parturition (P〈0.01 )and significantly lower than that of the 14-th day after parturition (P〈O.01 ). [ Conclusion ] Perinatal sows were under the physiological conditions of high-intensity stress, deterioration of health status and negative nutrition balance.

Amniotic fluid-derived stem cells (AFSCs) exist in the amnionic fluid of human and animals. AFSCs are generally acknowledged as a special cell type between embryo stem cells (ESCs) and adult stem cells (ASCs), thereby, they have the biological characteristics of embryo stem cells and adult stem cells. The keeping of AFSCs characteristics is based on the whole specific expression of its marker gene and genome. At present some marker genes of AFSCs at different gestational ages like Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and SSEA have been studied, and expression characteristics of Tra-1-60 and Tra-1-81 in genome have been analyzed. Research progress on AFSCs was summarized to provide reference for research on amnionic fluid stem cells.

The results showed that there were 169 brands, 222 kinds of children's food in Ordos. Among them, 49 brands (29.0%), 61 kinds(27.5%)were nutritious or nutrient supplement types. 120 brands(71.0%), 161 kinds(72.5%) were leisure food or even junk food. There were 124 brands(62.3%), 180 kinds(59.4%) of children's food sold in Dongsheng District of Ordos City. There were 75 brands(37.7%), 123 kinds(59.4%)of children's food sold in three surrounding banners. These indicated that the economic and culture development levels in different regions were different, and the kinds and levels of children's food in different regions were different. The information about package and label was overall and the food in the survey had QS label. The labels of children's food in the survey were more qualified than that in the past years, but their quality needed to be detected.
