Simultaneous HPLC Determination of Seven Components in Complex Organic Acids

摘要: 建立高效液相色谱法同时分离测定复合有机酸化剂中的甲酸、丙酸、乳酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、苯甲酸含量。采用Agela-ASBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);盐酸溶液(0.1%,V/V,A)和乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长210nm;柱温(30±2)℃。在该色谱条件下,7种有机酸分离良好。它们的峰面积响应与浓度分别为:甲酸100~2000μg/mL、乳酸100~2000μg/mL、马来酸2~40μg/mL、柠檬酸100~2000μg/mL、富马酸2~40μg/mL、丙酸100~2000μg/mL、苯甲酸2~40μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(r>0.9995)。平均加样回收率分别为99.1%、98.6%、100.1%、98.8%、99.3%、99.5%、98.2%,RSD小于1.5%。该方法操作简便易行,系统适用性良好,方法准确可靠。R

Abstract: A method of the simultaneous determination of the contents of nicotinic acid,lactic acid,citric acid,benzoic acid,salicylic acid in complex organic acids by RP-HPLC was established. The separation was performed on Agela-ASB C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of hydrochloric acid solution (0.1 %,V/V,A)-acetonitrile (B) gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and the column temperature was (30±2) ℃. Good linearities of formic acid,propanoic acid,lactic acid,maleic acid,citric acid,fumaric acid,benzoic acid were showed within the ranges of 100~2 000,100~2 000,100~2 000,2~40,100~2 000,2~40 μg/mL,2~40 μg/mL respectively,r 〉 0.999 5. The average recoveries were 99.1 %,98.6 %,100.1 %,98.8 % ,99.3 % ,99.5 % ,98.2 % respectively,RSD 〈1.5 % . The method was simple,rapid and reliable for the simultaneous determination of seven components in the complex organic acids.
