GABA对小鼠抗应激能力的影响

Effect of GABA on Anti-stress Ability of Mice

摘要: 为了解GABA对动物抗应激能力的影响,给小鼠灌服GABA溶液,剂量分别为0.25、0.5、1 g/(kg·BW·d),连续灌胃20 d,然后分别对小鼠进行耐缺氧试验、耐高低温试验,并测定了血乳酸、尿素氮及肝糖原含量。结果显示,服用GABA的小鼠在上述试验条件下的生存时间均比对照组的延长。与空白对照组比较小鼠血乳酸的含量显著降低,尤其高中剂量组降低较显著(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。实验表明,GABA具有提高小鼠抗应激能力的作用。

Abstract: In order to investigate the anti-stress effects of GABA on animals, the experimental mice were administrated with 0.25, 0.5 and 1 g/(kg·BW·d) of GABA solution by gavage for 20 days, respectively. Subsequently, the anoxia tolerance test and the low and high temperature resistant test were carried out, and the content of blood lactic acid, urea nitrogen and liver glycogen were determined. The results showed that the mice administrated with GABA survived longer than those in control group. Furthermore, the blood lactic acid content of the treated groups was lower than that of the control group, and the significant reduction was observed in high and moderate dose groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). It was indicated that GABA was capable to enhance the anti- stress ability of the mice.
