驴乳对脾虚证小鼠部分生理指标的影响

Effect of Donkey Milk on Selected Physiological Indicators of Mice with Spleen Asthenia Syndrome

摘要: 采用腹腔注射利血平的方法复制脾虚证小鼠模型,给模型组小鼠灌服驴乳,连续灌服15 d,同时设模型组和正常对照组。末次灌服后测定小鼠的血细胞数及脾脏和胸腺的器官指数。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,模型组的血细胞数和器官指数均降低,差异显著(P〈0.05);与模型组相比,驴乳组的血细胞数及脾脏胸腺的器官指数均提高,差异显著(P〈0.05)。说明驴乳对脾虚证小鼠的组织细胞有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: The spleen asthenia syndrome model in mice was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of reserpine. The mice with spleen asthenia syndrome were given donkey milk by intragastric administration for fifteen consecutive days. The model control group and blank control group were also set in this study. After the last administration, the number of blood cells and the organ index of spleen and thymus were determined. The results showed that the number of blood cells and organ index of spleen and thymus of the model control group were significantly less and lower than those of the blank control group(P〈0.05); compared to the model control group, the donkey milk administration group had significantly more blood cells and significantly higher organ index of spleen and thymus(P〈0.05). The combined data suggest that donkey milk has a protective effect on the tissue cells of mice with spleen asthenia syndrome.
