摘要/Abstract

摘要： Ghrelin（胃饥饿素或促生长激素释放肽）作为一种多功能肽激素,除了在调节食欲及能量代谢中起主要作用外,还参与机体其他代谢调控途径,并与机体健康密切相关。摄食食欲及健康是动物进行良好生长发育的基础,Ghrelin与食欲代谢调控及健康的相关研究对动物生产养殖具有重要意义。综述影响Ghrelin合成和分泌的因素、Ghrelin调控机体食欲代谢机制和对机体健康的作用,旨在为动物Ghrelin摄食食欲和健康调控相关研究提供一定的参考。

关键词: Ghrelin, 食欲调控, 代谢, 健康

Abstract: As a multifunctional peptide hormone, Ghrelin plays a crucial role in regulating appetite and energy metabolism, participates in other metabolic regulation pathways, and is also closely related to the health of the body. Appetite of ingestion and health is the basis for good growth and development of animals. The investigations on association of Ghrelin with appetite and metabolism regulation as well as health are of great significance for animal production and breeding. In this paper, the factors affecting the synthesis and secretion of Ghrelin, the mechanism underlining the Ghrelin′s regulative role in appetite and metabolism, and the association of Ghrelin with body health are reviewed, in hoping to provide references for the studies on the regulative effect of Ghrelin on ingestion appetite and health.
