气相色谱法测定动物肉中脂肪酸组成

Determination on the Composition of Fatty Acid in Animal Meat by Gas Chromatography

摘要: 该试验通过GC-2014气相色谱法,采用SP-2560毛细管气相色谱柱,利用外标法定量分析绒山羊肌肉中多种脂肪酸含量。结果表明,该方法简单、快速,第10碳以上长链脂肪酸的线性范围好,相关系数为0.9991以上,回收率在88.29%~96.21%之间,相对标准偏差在5%以内。

Abstract: The contents of serious fatty acids in muscles of cashmere goats were determined by using external standard method with GC- 2014 gas chromatography and SP-2560 capillary gas chromatographic column. Results showed that the method was simple and fast; the long-chain fatty acids more than the 10^th carbon had a good linear range, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 1; the recoveries was 88.29%-96.21%, and the relative standard deviation was less 5%.
