Abstract: The complexation reactions of hydrochlorate of Fe,Cu,Zn and dextran were made at certain proportion.The products were depurated for many times with ethanol and the physicochemical properties,dissociated metal elements,content of metals stability and other characters were determined.The results showed that the products was made into the injection and mice had extremely significant weight gain after they were injected with the injection by tail intravenous injection eight days（P0.01）.
