Fattening Experiment of Beef Cattle for Wet Fermented Protein Feeds

Abstract: Wet fermented protein feeds are the products of maize which are treated by yeast fermentation, alcohol extraction, probiotics fermentation and sealing packaging. Through fattening experiment of beef cattle, results showed that after one beef cattle was fed with 8 kg wet fermented protein feed, beef cattle growth reached 1.81 kg per beef cattle which was 0.26 kg more than control; the average dressing percentage was 57.1% which was 3.8% more than control; the average selling price was 21.35 yuardkg which was 1.52 yuardkg more than control; there was 6.1 yuardd of income more than control. It was concluded that after beef cattle were fed with wet fermented protein feeds, there were good beef cattle growth and high dressing percentage, and economic benefit was improved significantly.
