Abstract: Sophora alopecuroides L. is poisonous perennial herb, which distribute in the desert grassland and calcareous soil or sand and farmland in our country, the main active constituent is a variety of alkaloids with a wide range of bioactive. A number of studies show that the alkaloids of S. alopecuroides L. posses multiple pharmacological effects. This article is to summarize anti-tumor effect of several common alkaloids of S. alopecuroides L. and development of their mechanism research.
